Saltillo
This project was a complex of 5 apartments- neglect and time definitely took a toll on this property. Fresh coat of exterior pant, new exterior entry doors, landscaping brought it back to life.

Balcony
This balcony has a view most never get the opportunity to enjoy. Unfortunately the balcony had become unusable due to termites and had to be re-built. The finished result wows with its beauty.

Composite Fence
This short term rental had a chain link fence seperating the pool and entertainment area- allowing little to no privacy. The installation of this composite fencing gave it the lift it needed to stand out from the others and provide a ton of privacy for its renters.
04 Kitchen face-lift #2
Taking an outdated kitchen, refinishing the cabinets with a splash of color, re-texturing and painting of walls and ceiling new appliances- turned this kitchen into somewhere to enjoy cooking a meal for a family.
